All items are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing methods.

Custom items, including custom DTF transfers and personalized designs, are made specifically for you and are final sale unless there is an error on our part.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept Shop Pay, major credit cards, and other payment methods offered during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.

4. Shipping

Processing times vary and are listed on each product page. Once shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on non-custom items within the timeframe listed in our Return Policy.
Custom items and DTF transfers are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right.

6. Custom Designs

Artwork created by Hippie Chick Designs remains our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, resold, or altered without written permission.
Custom work may be used in our portfolio or promotional materials unless you request otherwise.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse any part of the website or its services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hippie Chick Designs is not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • misuse of products

  • installation or application errors

  • allergic reactions or sensitivities

  • delays or issues caused by third-party carriers

Your use of the site and products is at your own risk.
